SZCONSTAB PEX is a kind of cross-linkable compound by using silane grafted onto polyethylene. The graft and a masterbatch containing a crosslinking catalyst and various stabilizers forms “SIOPLAS-System” (two step method).

This system allows crosslinked polyethylene products to be extruded as normal thermoplastic polymers.  After these two components are combined and extruded together in the proper proportions, the resulting product is crosslinked by immersion by exposure to moisture. The two components (graft and the catalyst masterbatches) should be mixed before use. The final product would get better performance than polyethylene. 

SZCONSTAB Catalyst Masterbatches are used with our cross-linkable PEX compound to produce natural color PEX pipe. Surly customers can add color masterbatches to color the pipe. SZCONSTAB Catalyst Masterbatches can ensure the high cross-linking degree and economical cycle after cross-linking. Otherwise, it is important to point out that it contains high efficiency stabilizer to guarantee long-term use of pipe.

SZCONSTAB Processing Aids contain high efficiency additive specially designed for extrusion of pipe, in order to improve the surface situation of final product.
